You’ve just finished school and want a rest from full-on education. But with most jobs requiring a qualification these days, why not be one of the first to study at Yorkshire’s plushest new college campus - The Hub.

State-of-the-art facilities await students at the College’s new Waterfront campus in the centre of town.

The Hub offers the latest courses for young people leaving school - everything from plumbing to hairdressing and fashion to sports science. We have it all.

This year’s students will be the first to use the multi-million pound building. It will house some ofthe best facilities in the country, including a 100-seat lecture theatre, a 200-seat drama studio and a huge Learning Resource Centre packed with IT facilities.

Leading edge technology is at the heart of the building, making learning your chosen subject more interestingand relevant to you. Interactive whiteboards and projectors are in almost every classroom, and video clips will be streamed into classrooms via a network.

You will never miss a trick at the Hub with plasma screens updating students with the latest news in and around the college. You will also be able to study in a more relaxed way with comfy seating, computer zones, a media room, laptop bars and seminar rooms making up the new, improved Learning Resource Centre.

But as well as a great place to learn, this new campus is a great place to relax, too. You will be able to unwind at the Spa Treatment Centre, which includes a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. You could even get a makeover at the on-site hairdressers, beautician and nail salon.

Hungry? Don’t want to go into town? Don’t worry. You will be spoilt for choice in the Hub with a range of catering options. All food is freshly produced by the students, for the students, offering a range of foods from Pizza to Chinese.

The new building also includes escalators and lifts, making access to learning areas easier. It all makes for the perfect learning experience.
